Maximal effort sprinting is the most sport specific activity we can do with athletes and it also provides us with the most reliable predictability data. Sprinting in conjunction with vertical jump help us to determine max power output and continuing the process helps determine the repeatability expectations. Professional combines are garbage. I don’t care what an athlete can do ONCE – I care what they can do consistently five times. Your machine proves that. That data is something a coach will invest in. - Joe Caligiuri, Owner

The HiTrainer is one of our favorite tools here at BPS. We use it for clients with all types of goals. We have shown how we use this great piece of equipment as a conditioning tool, or to measure force outputs when sprinting. We also use it to do gait analysis with all clients from youth to adult fitness to professional athletes. The force sensors in the HiTrainer can tell us what is happening under the skin and allow us to correct deficiencies, improve performance for all people! - PETE BOMMARITO, OWNER

“The implementation of the HiTrainer into our strength and conditioning program has been one of the best additions we have made in my three seasons here at CMU.  It allows us to target specific areas of need on an individual basis. The HiTrainer provides us with the ability to train our athletes at various intensities with quantifiable outputs such as distance, speed thresholds, power outputs, and right/left asymmetry. We no longer have to go by ‘feel’ or just athlete feedback based on of rates of perceived exertion (RPE). We can accurately measure effort, output, and improvement including comparisons of pre- and post-injury.” - JASON NOVAK, DIRECTOR STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
